Dear all who got the acceptance letter from the organizers of the 2nd Geogames Symposium! The 2nd Geogames Symposium organizing committee created several pathways for sharing your work and connecting with the community as we grow our Geogames community. Here they are:

Symposium presentation

All accepted extended abstracts are eligible for the presentation at the 2nd Geogames Symposium. Please check the registration page and register for the symposium by choosing to present in person or online. We hope to see many of you joining the event in person so we can connect also during social events.

Publication in the symposium proceedings

The authors received feedback from the reviewers. Please, revisit your abstract and turn it into a short paper that can be published in the 2nd Geogames Proceedings. In order to do that, please use the template that can be found on the following website: https://geogameslab.net/registration-and-payment/

Once ready, please re-submit on EasyChair by May 5th following the link: https://easychair.org/conferences/submission_new

The editorial board will make final decisions about the quality of the short papers to be included in the proceedings of the 2nd Geogames Symposium.

Special issue journal

The best contributions will be invited to be further developed in an article and submitted for reviews to the Special issue on Geogames in the Environment and Planning B: Urban Analytics and Citizen Science journal : https://journals.sagepub.com/page/epb/collections/special-issues.

The invitations will be sent to the authors after the end of the 2nd Geogames Symposium and by the end of June.

We are excited to bring researchers that work on Geogames together in yearly gatherings. The location for the next symposium will be announced in Dublin!
